Dr. Rishubh Gupta has been appointed Head of Subregion Africa for Roche Diagnostics, effective August 1, 2026. In his new role, he will be based in Nairobi, Kenya, and join the EMEA-LATAM Leadership Team.
Over the past three years, Dr. Gupta has led Roche Diagnostics’ India and Neighboring Markets operations with a strong focus on expanding diagnostic access, driving patient-centered innovation, and delivering measurable impact across the healthcare ecosystem. His leadership has contributed significantly to organizational growth and strengthened the company’s commitment to improving patient outcomes.
