3 Rules of the Digital World for Pharma Brand Managers

The digital economy is the effect that advancements in technology have on the ways of doing business. Things change in the digital universe only in shape and form. The principles stay the same.

It is probably why marketers think that everything is new. They have simply forgotten the old. Customer engagement, not products or services.

Three Rules of the Digital World:

Rule 1: In the digital world, your business is to engage customers in the most meaningful ways.

Rule 2: The digital economy is powered by data – not money.

Rule 3: Customer experience is your competitive advantage.
