Kailash Joshi has been appointed as Executive Director – Analytics, Insights & Decision Enablement (US) at Novartis, as part of the Novartis Global Capability Center in Hyderabad.

With extensive experience across commercial excellence, analytics, insights, AI-driven decision-making, and healthcare strategy, Kailash brings a strong track record of enabling organizations to leverage data and technology to drive better business outcomes.

In his new role, he will lead a team of professionals and subject matter experts within the Novartis US Analytics, Insights & Decision Enablement organization. His focus will be on harnessing the power of analytics, insights, and emerging technologies to transform data into actionable intelligence and support strategic decision-making.

Kailash returns to Novartis with a wealth of experience in commercial strategy and healthcare transformation. His leadership journey includes driving initiatives across commercial excellence, customer engagement, business intelligence, omnichannel strategy, and capability building.
