Simon Rosof has been appointed Head of Asia Pacific for Bayer Pharmaceuticals, effective July 1, 2026. Based in Singapore, he will additionally serve as Country Division Head for the ASEAN cluster, managing business strategy and operational performance across Southeast Asia.
Asia Pacific, home to over 2.6 billion people, represents one of the most dynamic healthcare regions globally. The growing demand for innovative treatments and evolving patient needs make this a critical market for Bayer’s strategic expansion. In his new role, Rosof will focus on driving growth, strengthening healthcare partnerships, and expanding patient access to innovative medicines throughout the region.
With more than two decades in the pharmaceutical industry, Rosof brings deep expertise in commercial strategy, portfolio management, and general leadership. He previously held senior leadership roles at Bayer and Bristol Myers Squibb, including Senior Vice President and Head of Product & Pipeline in the U.S., where he oversaw commercialization in Oncology, Cardiovascular & Renal, and Women’s Healthcare. His experience spans both marketed products and pipeline assets, along with shaping corporate pharmaceutical strategy at a global level .
